I participated in these sessions with genius movement improvisers Jermaine spivey and Spenser Theberge last week. Our bodies contain all the knowledge within them, its just a practice of becoming aware of the elements moving through us... Jermaine referenced this insane dancer Storyboard P:
2:10am January 10 this song came up on shuffle folded into a playlist of instrumentals. I sat with the lyrics, I swam in the wash of the rhythms, Nina the prophet, music taught me true history, thankful, simmering, sinning, pushing past time’s ruthlessness, into a dream of eternal bliss, edges create encounters / encounters not enclosures, communion...

Im not sure why but it was that sensation similar to when you get new shoes and start seeing those everywhere.
Theres a term in cognitive science for this, I believe its priming.., anyway, primed to thinking about
growing, about relating..growing upon, alongside, together, not past, not submerging, but working together at different speeds, different densities yet amounting in harmony.
